We collect only the information needed to sign you in, deliver purchases and answer support requests.
1. Information we use
Google sign-in provides an account ID, email address and, when available, a display name. We also keep your CertPig orders, access history needed to run your library, and messages you send to support. The cart stays in your browser. We do not receive or store your full card number.
2. How it is used
We use this information to sign you in, deliver purchased material, restore access, process support and refunds, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Service providers
Google Cloud and Firebase provide sign-in, hosting and storage. Lemon Squeezy processes checkout, tax, payment and refunds as merchant of record. These providers handle information under their own privacy terms.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep account and purchase records while they are needed to provide the service or meet payment, tax, security and dispute obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete applicable information by emailing us from your CertPig account address.
