Refund policy
Because PDFs are delivered immediately, we review refunds according to access and the issue reported.
1. When to contact us
Contact us within seven days if you were charged twice, received the wrong exam product, bought the wrong exam but have not accessed or downloaded it, or cannot use the purchase because of a verified CertPig problem we cannot fix. A damaged or incorrect file will normally be replaced first.
2. What is normally not refundable
We normally cannot refund a change of mind after the PDF has been downloaded or substantially used, an exam-code selection error after access, or an unsuccessful exam result. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
3. How refunds work
Email support@cert-core.com from the purchasing address with the order number, exam code and reason. Approved refunds are returned by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, and access to the refunded item ends.
